In addition to his early exposure in the corporate sector, he has built a distinguished career in the field of auditing, consultancy, and advisory services. His core areas of specialization include Internal Audit, Bank Audit, NBFC Audit, Corporate Law, and Management Consultancy, Tax Planning etc. He is specialised in developing internal control aspects as well as accounting techniques in all type of business environments, which is key to success for any business activity. He also has good experience in project consultancy, preparing project reports for bank finance etc.
He has also been a key resource person for the Kerala State Co-operative Auditors, contributing significantly to the development of audit and accounting manuals for the sector. Apart from his professional practice, he has been actively associated with the teaching field for nearly a decade, sharing his knowledge and experience with aspiring professionals. CA P. Satheesan is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a Partner at V.K. Krishnakumar & Co., Ernakulam and branch in charge of Thrissur office. With over 25 years of experience in professional practice, he has built a strong reputation for providing strategic advice in taxation, regulatory compliance, and financial matters to clients across diverse industries.
CA Satheesan has also made significant contributions to the Chartered Accountancy profession through leadership roles within the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He served as Chairman of the Thrissur Branch of SIRC of ICAI during 2010–11, during which the branch received the Best Branch Award in the Southern India Regional Council (SIRC) for the first time.

Prior to entering professional practice, he was associated with a leading Kerala State Public Sector Undertaking for about three years, which provided him with valuable exposure to corporate functioning and financial management.
Over the years, he has built an outstanding reputation in the field of taxation, with his primary areas of specialization being Income Tax, Bank Audit, and representation in Income Tax matters up to the Tribunal level. Widely regarded as a veteran in handling Income Tax assessments and appellate proceedings, he possesses deep technical expertise and practical insight in navigating complex tax litigation. During the early part of his career, he worked for over three decades with several leading multinational companies across South India, gaining extensive exposure to corporate finance, governance, and management systems. In addition to his corporate experience, he has also been engaged in professional practice for more than two decades, offering valuable advisory and assurance services to a wide range of clients.
His primary areas of specialization include Internal Audit, Bank Audit, and Business Consultancy. With his vast professional exposure and deep understanding of business operations, he is widely respected for his practical insights and strategic guidance to organizations. Known for his professionalism, integrity, and balanced judgment, Roy Lukose brings a wealth of wisdom and experience to the profession. His remarkable journey spanning over five decades reflects not only his technical expertise but also his commitment to excellence, making him a highly valued and respected senior member of the firm and the professional community.
C. A. Parthasarathy, B. Com, FCA, a Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, has more than 35 years of post-qualification experience. After qualification, he practised in India for 5 years with a reputed audit firm, after which he served as Group Financial Controller in a well-established group company in Oman for a decade.
Following this, he practiced in Dubai as Senior Partner with Kreston Menon Chartered Accountants, a leading CA and consulting firm in the UAE, for two decades. Currently, he is settled in his hometown, Thrissur, and is practicing as a Senior Partner at V. K. Krishnakumar and Co. since 2022. He is an expert in finance, auditing, financial consulting, and international taxation.
CA Sarath M R is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a Partner at V.K Krishnakumar & Co. He possesses extensive practical experience in professional practice, having previously served as Audit Manager at V. K. Krishnakumar & Co. for a period of five years, where he was actively involved in statutory audits, compliance reviews, and advisory assignments across diverse sectors.
Sarath has a keen specialization in Corporate Laws, MCA compliances, and Goods and Services Tax, including representation in assessments and appellate proceedings. He is also recognized as a resource person for matters relating to the Companies Act, 2013 and GST, regularly sharing his professional insights in academic and professional forums. During his student years, he served as the Secretary of the Ernakulam Branch of SICASA for the year 2018–19, reflecting his active engagement with the professional community and commitment to knowledge sharing and leadership within the Chartered Accountancy fraternity.
